Jyoti CNC Automation's IPO is opening on 9 January 2024. In which investors will be able to invest till January 11, 2024. Jyoti CNC Automation has set the price band of its IPO at Rs 315 to Rs 331 per share. In which the investor will be given 45 shares in one lot. The company is trying to raise Rs 1000 crore from the market through its IPO.

For this, the company is offering a fresh issue of 30,211,480 shares. In which there is no offer for sale component. The company has reserved 75 percent of the issue size of this IPO for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15 percent for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and the remaining 10 percent for retail individual investors.

Jyothi CNC Automation Company is a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) manufacturing company. Which is a CNC manufacturing and supplier company incorporated in January 1991, which is a supplier of CNC in India as well as outside India.

The company's customers include ISRO, BrahMos Aerospace Thiruvananthapuram Limited, Turkish Aerospace, MBDA, Tata Advanced Systems, Tata Sikorsky Aerospace, Bharat Forge, Uniparts India, Kalyani Technoforge and Bosch Limited, etc. The company had booked orders worth Rs 3,315.33 crore till September 2023. The net worth of the company as of September 30, 2023 was recorded at Rs 205.63 crore.
